YE Young Leaders

Driven by our philosophy that in order to effectively lead others and create change, one must effectively lead themself, theYE Young Leaders program is designed to introduce students to four key essential leadership fundamentals and effective ways to develop their social & emotional skills and competencies. We believe young leaders must be developing and growing in these four areas - Habit Building, Effective Communication, Goal Setting and Conflict Resolution.

The program is both classroom and event-based, and consists of three elements: 1. in-class (or virtual) sessions led by the lead instructor, group mentor or guest speaker; 2. field trips to local businesses with a debriefing session; 3. day of individual presentations
