The Young Leaders program is a 7-month immersive experience for middle and high school youth who develop leadership qualities, confidence, and resilience to become change-makers in their communities.
TCP Mentors deliver a program built around a youth-led, project-based model that equips participants with the emotional intelligence and skills needed to thrive in college and careers.
