The Experience

Guided by TCP Mentors, participants take full ownership of every decision, from selecting content to managing event logistics, building essential communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for college, careers, and future leadership roles.

Youth voice and creative independence drive every step of the process. This is not a program where adults set the agenda. Students decide what matters, how to present it, and how to make it happen.
