On April 23 and 24, America Global Youth Service Day weekend, The Complete Player Charity Youth Empowerment students turned an idea into a reality. Over two days, TCP students led 50 local youth in serving their community through three activities – baking cakes and muffins, stuffing hygiene bags, and building and starting oyster farms.
By the end of their events, TCP and local youth had built and started 11 oyster farms which will produce between 700-1,000 adult oysters and baked 104 muffins and cakes and stuffed 100 hygiene bags that were delivered to Sarah’s House in Odenton and Annapolis Light House shelter.
