Our Mission
Founded in 2015 by Andy Schindling, The Complete Player (TCP) Charity is “Unleashing the Leader Within” underserved youth in northern Anne Arundel County, MD. We are dedicated to shrinking the education and opportunity gap plaguing northern AA County youth by providing mentoring and extra-curricular activities that equip them with the character, confidence, emotional intelligence, and experiences they need to achieve academic and life success.
