Andy Schindling, Founder & President

As a former minor league pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, Andy is driven by a deep passion to give back to the youth in his community. After realizing that he was once a dead fish floating down stream going wherever the current took him, leaving him never to reach his full potential as an athlete, he is now dedicated to ensuring that the youth in his community find a purpose and sense of direction for their lives, so they in turn can reach their full potential.
